The best location to visit the Torres viewpoint

The location of this hotel cuts 4 km off the hike to the Torress viewpoint, which is a great advantage. The staff and service were excellent. The dinner (included in our accommodation fee) was delicious. The room is basic for the hotel price. Overall, despite the hotel being a bit pricy considering the room facilities, I would recommend this place due to the unbeatable location and the staff's kindness.

I came for the Towers hike but would return for the food and friendly staff!

The bar area with incredible views and the quality of food in the restaurant.

The rooms could use a little updating but otherwise fine.

Wonderful location, great Restaurant

The location within the National Park is exceptional. The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. I like to highlight the friendliness and professional attitude of the entire restaurant Coiron Staff and the great cuisine.

The whole hotel is somewhat outdated.

Very good and one of the only options if you want to sleep inside Torres del Paine

Very clean, beautiful location, very comfortable and staff were very nice. Breakfast was sublime. Great location to start the trekking to Base Torres.

It is incredibly expensive… 6,000 for a soft drink as an example and the food at the restaurant was average for the price they charge.

Beautiful location demonstrating environmental ethics

Location made early ascent to the towers so enjoyable..watching the horses run en masse, touring the greenhouse, food was great.

Sorry that Staff didn’t tell us about lamb parilla at check in :-( so we missed it.

A great location from which you can hike most of the W tram in Torres del Paine

Location, location, location (and the food was great too)!

A bit pricey - and the roads in (but this applies to all properties in Torres del Paine)

Great location in the park. Excellent food.

Once there, there aren’t many accessible day hiking trails. Excursions are costly for the value. The vibe is somewhat uptight and I wouldn’t recommend ending your hike here. There aren’t any supplies to restock toiletries and laundry is way too expensive.

Very Good

The location is second to none. Right in the park, it gives you a unique experience. Hotel was as I expected and looks like they are slowly upgrading facilities. Food was good and the menu changed daily. The horse riding excursion was exceptional and would highly recommend.

If you aren’t on the all inclusive package, getting there without a car is quite chaotic. The bus to the national park was easy, but we then had to get a shuttle to the welcome centre and another shuttle to the hotel. For guests of the hotel the shuttle really should take them straight there. We wasted more than hour on each side waiting for shuttle buses

Staff went always beyond excellent service - in all departments.

Location, location amazing and staff made stay perfect. Meals were nice but not outstanding a little too fussy when all you want is something delicious and wholesome after a busy day hiking or horse riding. Prices very expensive.

Cost of necessary tours excessively expensive. Hadn't realised I wouldn't be able to finalize account - transport etc with a credit card. Caused me a lot of stress but staff helped solve.

The location is absolutely stunning. The food is exquisit, both dinner and breakfast. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The room is basic, it was pretty cold in the shower. I was charged twice for the stay and I am currently having a reimbursment issue that hasn't been resolved yet.

Great location. Very overpriced.

Great location- right at the start of the Torres walk. Lovely view from main areas. Spacious room.

It was extraordinarily expensive and didn’t really deliver in terms of service, room quality, food, etc. The staff were nice but seemed inexperienced and often unable to help. We arrived at 3pm, hungry, and were told the bar was closed and dinner wasn’t being served until 7pm. Given how isolated the hotel is, that was frustrating. We were given a room that faced away from the mountain view and were told the rooms on the other side had no water. Perhaps these plumbing issues explain the general sense of disorganisation. I didn’t like getting the hard sell on expensive tours etc either.

An excellent way to relax after doing the day walks to the lake and to Las Torres

Staff were very friendly and excellent location. Breakfast buffet was amazing and loved having calfate sours most nights!

Would have liked more written communication about our hotel stay e.g. what time breakfast and dinner was and what was included as board. Walls seem thin but we were lucky as our neighbours were quiet and respectful.

This is a world class location, the hotel is a little bit limited.

Breakfast was excellent, with cooked options, cold buffet and breakfast foods

Our package included breakfast and dinner for 5 nights, but the restaurant was unavailable for 3 nights (without explanation). A limited menu was available from the bar, but options were restricted. Better communication may have improved our perception of this.

lovely hotel, friendly staff and amazing location for the hikes

amazing location for the walking. the hotel was rustic and beautiful in the setting, loved the bar area, restaurant and bedrooms were comfortable.

the bedroom was a bit hot (without heating on!?) and would be good to have tea and coffee and fridge in rooms.

would definitely come back.

there was a lot that we loved about this hotel. the location is perfect. the bartender, Federico, is an artist and has created fabulous drinks, beer and gin all with the plants grown on the or near the property. the chefs, whom we did not meet, sent out works of art every night and you could see by the selections what had been picked fresh from the garden. home made bread and tasty treats every morning. the rooms we comfortable and a bit rustic. housekeeping was great. the horses that we rode were well trained and responsive. all around wonderful spot.
